I was born in Istanbul. I have been living in Switzerland since 2005.
Graduate of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Lausanne. Since my academic journey, understanding the human being, their inner world and their transformation processes has always been at the center of my life.
Since 2015, I continue to train and deepen my knowledge in the fields of hypnosis, Theta Healing and epigenetics-based reprogramming.
However, EsraLys is not simply a work domain composed of methods for me, it is the natural reflection of my own personal journey, my transformations and my realizations.
Rather than offering alternative therapy methods, I value sharing the wisdom from my own experiences and walking this path together.
Each individual's process is unique and this journey requires not haste, but being heard and felt.
I believe that the first meeting is very precious. The energy felt mutually, trust and inner harmony are the true beginning of transformation.
That's why I offer the first consultation free of charge, only to get to know each other and understand the mutual feeling.

EsraLys is the natural result of a lived journey, sincerely felt experiences and realizations matured over time.
It is not a concept or a ready-made system; it is a space born from a genuine human story.
Over the years, I have deeply learned this: True transformation does not begin with techniques, but with sincere existence, being heard and being able to be oneself in a safe space.
At EsraLys, the goal is not to correct, repair or change. The goal is to gently, tenderly allow the human being to remember their essence.

I believe that each individual already carries within them their capacity for transformation. My role is not to show the way, but to be able to walk side by side on this journey, to offer a safe and benevolent space.
